The Wellness Wheel delivers clinical care services through multiple avenues to ensure continuity of care.

Urban Services

Wellness Wheel has an urban clinic located in Regina, Saskatchewan. It provides timely access to medical care and treatment, mental health counselling, and general laboratory services.

Outreach Services

Wellness Wheel's healthcare delivery model is based on a hub and spoke system. The hub is the urban clinic located in Regina with medical teams regularly going to rural and remote communities, including on-reserve First Nations communities to provide outreach health care.

When in-person care is not easily accessible through urban or outreach clinics, Wellness Wheel offers virtual clinic access to maintain continuity of care. Virtual clinics are provided through telehealth services.
